How It Works

The SSM AquaMax Fully Automatic Water Level Controller operates purely based on:

1. Municipal (Corporation) Water Availability

2. Overhead Tank Water Level Detection

It does not require any programmed timing — operation is fully sensor-based.

🔄 Step-by-Step Working Logic

1️⃣ Corporation Water Detection

A water sensing input continuously monitors the municipal water line.
When corporation water becomes available, the controller detects the presence of water.

2️⃣ Intelligent 5-Second Delay

Once water is detected, the system introduces a built-in 5-second delay to:

• Confirm stable water flow

• Prevent false triggering

• Protect the motor from rapid ON/OFF cycling

3️⃣ Automatic Pump Start

After the delay, the internal heavy-duty relay activates the motor pump.

The pump will run only when:

• Corporation water is available

• The overhead tank is NOT full

4️⃣ Automatic Stop Conditions (Dual Protection)

The controller automatically switches OFF the motor under either condition:

✔ Water supply stops → Prevents dry running
✔ Tank becomes FULL → Prevents overflow

This ensures safe, efficient, and reliable pump operation.
