Warranty Guide For Customers

Aqua Guru provides a limited warranty of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery on the following products only:

Water Tank Alarms

Water Level Indicators

Water Level Controllers

⚠️ Important:
Warranty coverage applies only to the main electronic unit.


2. Items Not Covered Under Warranty

The following items are strictly excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Wires, cables, and connectors

  • Sensors, probes, floats, and accessories

  • Installation materials or consumables

  • Damage caused by external accessories

No warranty will be provided on these items under any circumstances.


3. What the Warranty Covers

Warranty service will be provided only in case of manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Internal electronic failure under normal use

  • Malfunction due to factory defect

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Aqua Guru will repair or replace the product at its discretion.


4. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Warranty will not be applicable in cases of:

  • Improper or incorrect installation

  • Physical damage, breakage, or burn marks

  • Power fluctuations, voltage surge, or short circuits

  • Water ingress beyond product specifications

  • Tampering, modification, or unauthorized repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence


5. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service, customers must follow the process below:

  1. The product must be sent by the customer to the warranty service address

  2. The product must be shipped to any one of the following addresses:

    • The address mentioned on the invoice / product label, OR

    • The address mentioned on our Contact Us or About Us page on the website

  3. The product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage

Aqua Guru is not responsible for damage during transit.


6. Mandatory Documents Required

Warranty claims will be processed only if the following documents are provided:

  • Copy of order invoice / delivery invoice

  • Product label or packaging with serial/order details

  • Proof of purchase from Aqua Guru or an authorized seller

Claims without valid proof will be rejected.


7. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers must bear the cost of shipping the product to Aqua Guru

  • Return shipping after repair/replacement will be handled as per company policy

  • Courier delays are not the responsibility of Aqua Guru


8. Inspection & Approval

  • All warranty claims are subject to technical inspection

  • If no manufacturing defect is found, the warranty claim will be rejected

  • In such cases, the product may be returned as-is or repaired at a charge (if applicable)

The decision of Aqua Guru shall be final in all warranty matters.


9. Warranty Validity

  • Warranty is valid only within India

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery, not installation


10. Changes to Warranty Policy

Aqua Guru reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Guide at any time without prior notice.
